Chatbots and AI agents in Dubai

Voyuma builds chatbots and AI agents as part of AI Integrations & Solutions. They range from a WhatsApp or website chatbot that answers from your own documents, to agents that take actions in your CRM and other systems. They work in English and Arabic. Before we build, we agree in writing what the bot may do alone and what goes to a person. Book a call.

What we build

  • WhatsApp chatbots

on the WhatsApp Business Platform, for enquiries, bookings and order status.

  • Website and in-app chatbots

answers for visitors and customers, with handoff to your team.

  • Chatbots that answer from your documents

the bot reads your policies, price lists and manuals and answers from them (often called RAG).

  • AI agents

bots that carry out steps, such as creating a lead in your CRM, booking a slot or drafting a reply for approval.

  • Enterprise agent systems

several agents working across your systems, with logs, permissions and review.

What the bot may do alone, and what goes to a person

Every scope lists what the bot answers by itself and what it hands to a named person, such as prices outside the list, complaints and anything that commits your company. That line is yours to set.

Included and excluded

Included: the channels, languages, data sources, actions and handoff rules in scope, testing with real questions, launch and a review period. Excluded unless scoped separately: WhatsApp Business Platform and AI model usage fees, which are billed by those providers, and new apps or portals (Websites & Apps Development).

How WhatsApp and Arabic voice automation works in detail is in our guide. See also how to scope an AI workflow.

  3. III

Build inside the tools you already use

and test with real questions in English and Arabic.

  4. IV

    Launch, review the conversations, adjust

unless your scope and contract say otherwise.

Yes, in Arabic and English, including Gulf phrasing.

  • What happens to our data?

We agree the data owner, the accounts used and access limits before connecting anything.

Guides for this service

  • How Arabic voice and WhatsApp support automation works for large companies

Speech-to-text software turns spoken Arabic, from a WhatsApp voice note or a phone call, into written text. AI then drafts a reply or sends the message to the right team, and on calls, text-to-speech software reads the reply aloud in a computer-generated voice. What decides whether the customer is looked after is how fast a named person on your team picks it up. The check sheet below shows what to test before you buy, and when to walk away.

  • Where UAE companies get value from AI first

Start with the first reply to a new enquiry. Research on web leads found that calling back within five minutes instead of thirty made it far more likely the company reached the person at all. In the Gulf that first reply often happens on WhatsApp, so the most useful first AI job is a draft that a named person on your team checks and sends within minutes. It is not a bot that answers on its own. The sheet below shows where else AI helps and what to check before you start.

  • Scope one AI workflow pilot before you buy AI

Buying an AI tool is not the same as changing how work gets done. Before anything is bought or connected, pick one workflow, name who owns the data, draw the perimeter (what the AI may and may not touch), and write what done looks like. You should leave with a one-page pilot worksheet you can fill with your team. Written for GCC teams weighing AI integrations for the first time.

  • AI-native work vs common buyer pains

This page maps common buyer pains to one primary service path. Discriminator: name the job first — not “buy more marketing,” not “add another tool.” You should leave with a path (Digital Marketing, Websites & Apps, UI & UX, or AI Integrations) — not a slogan. Written for GCC teams deciding how to hire digital help in Dubai.
